Operation Manager
ANDREA
I am Andrea and I hold the role of Operation Manager inside our beautiful Villa.
The daily confrontation with my staff and the relationship with the guests, are the aspects that I love most about my work. With a positive attitude and spirit of adaptation, I put myself on the line every day to face challenges with determination. My job is to listen to my guests' wishes and to respond to their requests. The secret to achieving all this is contained in my motto: Open your mind, give a smile!

When I'm off work, I have a special four-legged friend I love: Berry. Together we go for walks on the beaches of Rimini, we share the sofa while watching TV series, we go for drinks with our friends. Every now and then I remember going to the JAdoro gym to
listen to music and enrich my music library with CDs: R&B, Pop, Soul, Rock, classic, all the music, the important thing is that it arouses an emotion.

DORINA
I'm originally from Altamura but have lived in Romagna for 30 years. At the age of 27 I started seasonal work on the Riviera and for 25 years I have been working at Villa Adriatica. I like my job because it allows me to be in contact with people. I love order and cleanliness and this is why I work hard to ensure that everything is done with precision and diligence.
In my work and private life I am an extrovert, humble, generous, sociable woman and in my small way I always try to help others if they need it. My greatest passion is cooking, I like to prepare delicious dishes both for myself and for my guests.

ANTONIO
I am Apulian by birth but Rimini by adoption, I love more aspects of my work that every day stimulate me to do better and make me proud. My priority is to satisfy in the best possible way all the requests of each single guest, expressing my creativity in every setting, to make a unique and unforgettable event. My goal is to instill confidence and be a person to rely on in the moment of need. All this is made possible by my loyal, honest and selfless personality.
In my private life I try to be a good husband and a good dad, I spend most of my time with my 2 beautiful girls, Paola 7 years and Clara 3 months, and in particular with Paola I transform my passion, cooking tasting a good wine, in a game that makes her participating and enthusiastic.

My passion for the tourism industry led me to travel very early on, with the curious eyes of a teenager who wants to discover the world. The Faculty of Tourism Economics in Rimini transformed my passion into a profession, so I started my receptionist experience abroad, an incredible journey of personal growth.
In my free time I love to dedicate myself to my great passion for cooking; moreover, as a good Sicilian, I love the sea immensely and as soon as I can I dedicate myself to diving and underwater fishing. "Every trip gives you great memories and intense emotions: you can discover different languages, curious habits, unusual traditions; travelling opens your mind and soul"

I love my job because I like being in contact with people, this dimension allows me to learn something new every day and gives me the chance to grow as a person, to improve myself and my skills. Thanks to my studies in both Romania and Denmark I speak fluent English and Italian. The passion for my work makes me productive and enthusiastic and thanks to this energy I easily reach the goals I have set myself.
My great passion is travel, I consider it the best way to enrich oneself with new experiences, open the mind to new realities and widen the spaces of one's possibilities. In my spare time I love cooking and going to the cinema, watching a good movie is also a way to travel to discover new stories and new worlds.

I have lived in Rimini since 2003 and have always worked in hotels. I love my job because I have the opportunity to meet so many people who become friends over time and I love being at the front desk also because of the direct contact that is created with the guests that I try in every way to meet their personal and business needs. I know the city of Rimini well, I have learned to love it and I like to share its beauty by providing guests with information and advice.
I am married and I have a ten-year-old girl who I try to follow as much as possible and it is my passion my hobby my everything. When I can I love taking care of my house and my family but I also love my work which I hope to carry on as much as possible and for many more years.

I've been doing this job since I was 14 years old, I started in my small tourist village in Southern Italy but I've been living in Rimini for 15 years and this has now become my land too. I moved to study and to gain new work experience in the Riviera, known by all for its great hospitality. At the base of our work there is the smile that comes spontaneously when you work with passion and dedication.
In my free time I like to dedicate myself to cooking listening to music, during the winter I am lazy while in the summer I like to walk or ride my bike, also using it as a means to go to work.

Always ready to give a smile, my work I can describe it in two words: passion and love I speak three foreign languages: English, French, German and if you want I can give lessons in Romagna dialect ☺️ I am a ROMAGNOLA doc and there is nothing more beautiful for me than to let every guest know my beautiful city.
As a good Riminiese I can't stay without my sea! Whether it's a very hot day in August or a pungent day in January my eyes need to get lost in its horizon.
